Another season of spookiness is almost upon us, which means it’s time for Dungeons & Dragons fans to celebrate what’s become a new annual tradition: the opening of the D&D Halloween Dice Advent Calendar.
This year, third-party accessory maker FanRoll has released a new Ravenloft dice calendar, which features the official D&D license from Wizards of the Coast and includes new dice and accessories, along with art from the recently released Ravenloft: The Horrors Within supplement. You can pick yours up now from your local game store and the FanRoll website.

What is the new Ravenloft D&D Halloween Dice Advent Calendar?
FanRoll has been producing annual Halloween dice calendars for years now, but this 2026 version is the first time they’ve used the official D&D license. The box set (which is shaped like a coffin) contains the following:
- 11 panels that you use to count down the final days before Halloween
- A new dice set inspired by the color theme of Ravenloft: The Horrors Within
- A new Ravenloft-themed D6 with blood spatter motif
- A Gothic horror-themed dice bag
- A dice tray with art featuring Castle Ravenloft
Notably, the front of the box includes art of the legendary vampire lord Strahd von Zarovich illustrated by James Fenner, which also appeared in The Horrors Within supplement.
How much is the new Ravenloft Halloween Dice Advent Calendar?
The 2026 calendar retails for $59.99 USD (not including shipping, handling and tax). Notably, this is a fair bit cheaper than the 2025 Halloween dice calendar (although that set had 31 dice included, but not the official D&D license).
This also puts it on par with other Halloween dice calendars that you can find online and at local game stores (although many of these are pretty low quality).
